NEW ORLEANS, LA The 2016 cross country seasons marked one of the best in program history for the St. Catherine University Cross Country team. On Thursday, the Wildcats were recognized not only for their strong performances on the field, but in the classroom as well. St. Kate's was one of 389 teams across the nation to earn All-Academic team honors from the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), while standout runners Leighlin Ahlstrom (White Bear Lake, Minn. / White Bear Lake) and Rachel Hall (Mendota Heights, Minn.) earned individual All-Academic honors, the organization announced Thursday afternoon.
